One stove, one dream, a lot of whipped cream.

May's Crepes started the way the best food does: one person who couldn't stop making the thing she loved. Every crepe is poured, spread, and rolled to order on the cart, topped by hand, and handed over still warm.

You'll find us wherever Houston gathers on a weekend: anime conventions, night markets, food festivals, and the occasional road trip to San Antonio or Austin. Look for the pink tent and follow the smell of butter.
